Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an order, we here at Enduring Rose are happy to help. Please read on for our guidelines and requirements:
Refunds
We are happy to issue refunds to the original credit card provided the following conditions are met:
- You contact us via email or phone and obtain a valid RMA number and shipping instructions. Without an issued RMA number, we will be unable to process your return.
- All of the original products are returned and received by our office within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The returned products are undamaged and in new condition.
Also, please note the following:
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Customer agrees to pay return freight unless specifically agreed to by Enduring Rose.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges provided the following conditions are met:
- You contact us via email or phone and obtain a valid RMA number and shipping instructions. Without an issued RMA number, we cannot process your exchange.
- All of the original products are returned and received by our office within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The returned products are undamaged and in new condition.
Also, please note the following:
- Customer agrees to pay both return freight and the freight on exchanged items unless specifically agreed to by Enduring Rose.
